SILENCE IN THE LIBRARY OF BABEL

The experiment continues. This time, the Professor wrote his own prompts. All that was left for me to do was to typeset it in the Professor's chosen font and lay out the pages. Not being invested in the work at all, I was not engaged by this book. However, the results are fascinating.

PROFESSOR CASTOR POLLOX is my personal pen name for Google's generative AI, GEMINI. In Greek mythology, the twins were called "Castor" and "Pollux". Together they are immortalised in the Roman constellation of Gemini. Through use and a habit of talking to machines (including the self-scanning tills in supermarkets), I have started to refer to the AI interface as "The Professor". The men in white coats are coming later to take me away.
